Terms of Service

These Terms govern the global VideoSplit service operated by Megamultimedia AI, a business registered in California, United States. Questions may be sent to service@megamultimedia.ai.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using VideoSplit, you accept these Terms. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and may use the service only with lawful content.

License and permitted use

Megamultimedia AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the static editor for its intended purpose in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Creator content and rights

You keep ownership of your creator content. You grant only the temporary technical permission needed for your browser to run the local editor. You are responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents required to edit, export, or share your content.

Accounts and authorization

The current site does not operate user accounts or provide live TikTok authorization. Any future authorization flow must remain under the creator's control and will require separate acceptance of the disclosures and permissions presented at that time.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use VideoSplit for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful media; interfere with or compromise the service; misuse credentials or authorization; reverse engineer the service where applicable law permits that restriction; or misrepresent your identity, rights, affiliation, or content.

Intellectual property notices

VideoSplit software, branding, page content, and other service materials belong to Megamultimedia AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Notices concerning alleged infringement may be sent to service@megamultimedia.ai.

TikTok and third-party services

Any future TikTok functionality will also be subject to TikTok's terms, policies, availability, and review. You remain responsible for applicable privacy obligations, music and other content rights, required disclosures, account choices, and the final decision to publish.

Availability and disclaimers

VideoSplit is currently a static service provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that content or an integration will receive review approval, or that any future TikTok integration will become or remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megamultimedia AI and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$10 if you made no payment.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Megamultimedia AI and its personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unauthorized use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time.

California law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any non-waivable consumer protection law, disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Global users

VideoSplit is offered globally. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the service. Mandatory rights and remedies available under your local law remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms by posting revised terms with an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to service@megamultimedia.ai.
